1. General Provisions

mf19 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, slots, and many other types of entertainment gaming services.

These terms will be governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh. The mf19 authority reserves the right to amend or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• Using any service of mf19 will be considered as the user having accepted these terms.
• The mf19 platform is for personal and entertainment use only.

2. Account Registration and Use

A valid personal account must be created to use services on mf19. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being closed.

• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The account password and login information must be kept completely confidential. They must not be shared with any third party.
• Using someone else's account or allowing someone else to use your account is prohibited.
• The responsibility for ensuring the security of the account rests entirely with the user.
• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, contact mf19 support immediately.

As part of account verification (KYC), mf19 may request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Some services may be limited until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

mf19 services are for persons aged 21 or older only. No one under the age of 21 may use this platform. Providing false information about age at the time of registration will result in the permanent closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited.

mf19 may at any time request the necessary documents for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

In addition, users from countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited may not use mf19. It is the user's responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their own country.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on mf19:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from or withdrawing to a third party's account is prohibited.
• If deposited funds are withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• mf19 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and request additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

If there is any problem with a deposit or withdrawal, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. In the case of issues caused by technical errors, mf19 will make every effort to provide a resolution, however mf19 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mf19 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms and conditions apply to each offer.

Welcome bonus: New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (deposit + bonus).

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time.
• The same person, device, IP address, or payment method may not claim a bonus more than once.
• It may not be possible to place bets on all games using bonus funds, except for certain specified games.
• mf19 reserves the right to investigate suspected bonus abuse and cancel bonuses.

• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback is available at three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

mf19 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. In any dispute relating to bonuses, the decision of the mf19 authority will be considered final.

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Terms

All bets and games on mf19 are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all types of betting and gaming:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the related bet will be settled according to mf19's defined policy.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the amount staked may be refunded.
• mf19 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection during live betting.
• If an error is found in the odds displayed in the system, mf19 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If an unusual amount of bets are placed on the same outcome from multiple accounts, an investigation will be conducted.

Game software and the random number generator (RNG) are regularly tested to ensure game results remain completely impartial and fair. mf19 is committed to ensuring fair play in all games.

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are completely prohibited on the mf19 platform. Violating these rules will result in the account being closed and legal action may be taken if necessary:

• Gaining an advantage in games or betting through fraud, manipulation, or any other dishonest means.
• Using software, bots, or automated programs related to online gaming or gambling.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
• Hacking, malware, or any other technical attack on mf19's systems.
• Harassing, abusive, or offensive behavior toward other users.
• Impersonating mf19 staff or using the platform under a false identity.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the outcome of betting markets.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

mf19 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure in age verification or providing false information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Direction from a government or law enforcement agency.
• Long-term inactive account (if no login for more than 12 months).

Users may also request closure of their account at any time. In this case, the valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

9. Privacy and Data Security

mf19 places great importance on the privacy of users' personal information. SSL encryption technology is used on the platform to keep all transactions and personal information secure.

• User information will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
• Limited information may be shared with trusted partners to complete payments and for verification purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

mf19 bears no liability for the following:

• Bets or games being interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Losses caused by the failure or delay of a third-party payment service provider.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, government orders, etc.).
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or mistake.
• Losses caused by a cyberattack or unauthorized access by a third party.

In any situation, mf19's maximum liability will be limited to the actual balance in the user's account.

12. Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

mf19 may amend these terms at any time. After any changes, the revised terms published on the platform will take effect. For significant changes, an effort will be made to inform users via email or through platform notifications.
